Very pleased with Liss who handled everything. They where very professional. They did work on my transmission and tried to do everything to fix. Although my transmission was beyond repair, they still went above and beyond to fix it. I highly recommend Weaver Transmission to anyone. - Britt S. (5 star review on Google)
This place is great. I got my transmission replaced and been riding ever since. Great customer service. Good work at a low price. Loved it. - A H. (5 star review on Google)
We took our car in on Friday as recommended by another shop. They let us know what our issue was and what we could be expecting should we follow through. The shop is closed over the weekend but come Monday they had our items ready and the work was done by end of the day. We ran into a problem getting there for pick up but they let us complete our payment through the phone and accommodated us in order for us to pick up our car. Thank you so much for your quick and outstanding work! Will definitely be recommending y'all to others. - Leslie T. (5 star review on Yelp)
I've been using Weaver for years now. I was referred to them by another shop who couldn't address a loss of power issue with my work van and thought it was the transmission. When I brought the van in, they called and said the transmission was not the cause of the issue but noticed issues with the shifting linkage. It had been difficult to get in and out of park for years. Instead of charging me for the diagnostic, the said they could fix the linkage for close to the diagnostic fee, I would just have to pay for parts. Got the work van back same day! Second experience, I had Explorer that had almost 270,000 on it and the transmission was slipping. I figured it was going to need a replacement, which they confirmed and they offered two solutions. In the end, I decided to sell vs repair but they ran a free transmission diagnostic on the new vehicle I was considering buying! The third experience was with my work truck. I scheduled an appointment for transmission service and they got me in and out on the time and for the price they promised on the phone. As a small business owner, I'm really glad to have found a local company who delivers a great service and honest pricing! - Jason B. (5 star review on Yelp)

I took my Explorer to Weavers when I thought it had a transmission problem. Turned out it was not the transmission, and needed repairs that they couldn't do. The ladies in the front office recommended a shop in Mechanicsville that had done work for them. They even took my vehicle there for me. They definitely go the extra mile. - Sandra S. These people saved me!! I can't thank them enough for throwing a gallon of gas in my car when I ran out in front of their shop. Just enough to keep me from walking across 6 lanes of traffic at rush hour and buying a gas can. Thank you so much. Good people still exist in this world! - Trent D. (5 star review on Yelp)
When my 02 Dodge Ram suddenly refused to go into 3rd gear, I limped it to the closest transmission store (top speed was 25mph) to get checked out. At the time, the truck had 43000 miles on it, and was about 7 years old. Their diagnoses was it needed to be dropped, and had an internal problem. Internet advice about the problem showas negative, all saying my truck was a piece of junk! Since it is a 4x4, the bench fee (fee to remove and re-install) was 900, which was fair. I read the BBB advice in transmissions, which states "always get a 2nd opinion when a removal is recommended."
It was a long trip in the right lane with people beeping for me to speed up, but well worth it. The people at Weaver immediatly recognized it was something they had seen before. They preformed a "drop pan diagnoses", where they removed the tranny pan, and found a broken spring in the accumulator. The whole deal, including new filter parts, labor, and diagnoses was $320, and it has run perfectly since (3 years, 25K miles). I was particularly impressed they took it upon themselves to drop the pan, which is not standard (if I had declined the repair, they would be on the hook for the fluid replacement and seal; being that the diagnoses is only $50, it wouldn't of worked out in their favor).
They were prompt, courteous, and most of all - awesome! I'll go out of my way to recommend them to anyone, and will not go anywhere else. - Gordon S.
