Weavers is the most customer oriented business I have come across in a long time. Emily and Lisa were great!!!! I brought an Astro Van thinking it had a transmission problem. Turns out it wasn't the transmission at all but an engine misfire. When I brought it in on Friday, no less, I told Emily it was a company vehicle and was in no hurry to get it back. I told her if there was anyone in front of me that needed their vehicle ASAP to bypass mine and served them. You could tell Emily was touched.

I took my Explorer to Weavers when I thought it had a transmission problem. Turned out it was not the transmission, and needed repairs that they couldn't do. The ladies in the front office recommended a shop in Mechanicsville that had done work for them. They even took my vehicle there for me. They definitely go the extra mile. - Sandra S.
